What is LVL?
“LVL” refers to Laminated Veneer Lumber, an engineered wood product made by bonding multiple layers of thin wood veneers with adhesive under heat and pressure. LVL is used in doors as a strong, dimensionally stable core material that resists warping and twisting, providing a uniform and reliable base for door facings and hardware.
